New Revolutionary Stretching Method, ELDOA

Introducing the new revolutionary stretching method, developed by Osteopath, Guy Voyer called ELDOA.  ELDOA comes from the French acroynm, Etierement Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation OsteoArticulaire with the English translation Longitudinal Osteoarticular Decoaptation Stretches.  If you know what that all means, then you are one educated human being.  Frankly, the only word I understand is “stretches.” Basically that is what this is, stretches.  Hearing from some ELDOA students that these are specified, effective stretches.

Holistic Health & Fitness’s Wayne Daniels is now certified and teaching ELDOA classes for those who are interested in the following:

  • Reducing and Eliminating Back Pain
  • Enhanced Body Circulation
  • Improved Posture
  • Decompression of the Spine

Personally I have not experienced ELDOA myself but will be taking his first class coming up next week Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 6:30 pm.   It is known that in today’s world, if we sit all day we are in desperate need of decompression of the spine.  Not to mention if you are on your computer all day as I am, forward head has been created or will be soon and there are certain stretches to correct that by making us feel better and taller. Stop by on Tuesdays or Saturdays at the Holistic Health & Fitness facility in Tustin, California and let’s get our spines feeling great and in line!  Put on your comfortable clothes. For you Yoga people, wear those yoga outfits and bring your mats.  I was told that there will be mats provided for us, I say if you love your mat, bring it.

Here is what I hear Wayne’s clients saying about ELDOA.
“This is intense stretching and I feel the results immediately.”
“I feel so great after an ELDOA class that I keep coming back for more.”
“Able to create space in my joints and give me more mobility and reduced my pain and I feel so much better”
